money should mean nothing..
So catching up on twitter and insanely everything is about money ?my people money is a state of mind ,money the enemy makes the world go round ,so I had thought ,what if the whole world refuse to acknowledge the meaning ?The worth of it ,where you can happily go into another’s shop and be given items without the need for money exchange ,everyone wants to help you make more money ,what people forget is money doesnt mean a thing when you are sixfeet under.
Money the root of all evil ,money kills the soul .money needed for everything ,food, water, shelter,.why, why why has it?So we get all this creation for free, but man has to tweak it for a cost ,the greediness of the poor soul who knows not..!! Everything has a cost ,man made cost ,the rush of lets get it all culture ,with no regards for the human next door…we blink money ,we eat money ,we drink money ,we die money ..and then what? all at a cost what is mine is mine ,we are so consume by money ,we probably say money and think money before we remember ourself.please dont sell me money because I will have to find the color of it to give it to you, so you brag about your riches ?
So it takes me back to the beginning ,who am I ,who are you ?where do you come from?will you be rich sixfeet under? I think not ,but your state of mind will find peace ,you will be smiling down there, you wouldnt worry about who is spending your money ,because it will be intact mentally ,a state of mind ,mentally rich!!!peace be unto our souls for chasing after a piece of paper and riches that will never accompany us down under!!!

Money… it has no power yet controls a great deal of people with a simple thing known as fear.

Whilst what you say is true it is not true that money is the ultimate “killer” because THE ultimate cause (causing our attachment to money) is the “I” – the self = selfishness!

roo this is so powerful and true. money is the ultimate killer. the love of it, the lust, the greed and competition it creates, eventually robbing us of our own humanity. greatly said my dear.

What I have stated is the Reality but, since we are part of the illusion that is “life”, that we perceive as reality we have to live with it whilst using it wisely.

Absolutely ! We don’t need money, it is just a complication.
People should not be forced to have money, but simply to work and be part of the process. Moreover with all the technology given to this planet and with all the people who previously employed with money-control, free, only a couple of hour a day of “real work” would be necessary.
Money is just a mean of control.

Money.
Thought sees money for what it is.
Mind sees money as a means to happiness.
Hence, when we think about money we see just money
and when we ment* about money we see Utopia.
*See Thought & Thinking in The Milk Is White.
…………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Money.
Extract from The Milk Is White:
What is Money?
What really is money? In one form it is merely something dug from the ground, a piece of paper or a number, or series of numbers in a register. In the other form (sic) it is merely an idea – a figment of the mind – no more. This idea gives it a value that creates self-aggrandisement manifesting as pride, power, profligacy, greed, and other states of mind that underpin structured societies and perpetuate inequality.
Money has no intrinsic value.
With reference to the above extract a reader said in effect that, as she perceived it, money did have a value because it could be used for all sorts of things and enabled people to help others etc.
This is true but it is only a tool devised by us for use in Earthly life.
To illustrate that money has no intrinsic value let us look at an example: If one wanted to buy food to feed the hungry one would need money but, if money did not exist, if we had no knowledge of money, there would be no money yet the food would still be there to be used to feed the hungry.
On the other hand, if there was no food the money would be valueless.

lol..bless ….as long as it doesnt stop you from thinking of anything else …my point is dont let money control your mind ..couldnt get change for something ,my son asked why I couldnt tear a bit of the paper I was holding for the person am paying …thats how strange the concept of money is..
February 13, 2010 at 4:39 am
You are so right. Money is an odd concept. But sadly it is here with us to stay I’m afraid. But you are right that we shouldn’t focus on it, worship it or give it so much importance. Truth is though in this world money buys you time and space, it buys you freedom to do the things you want to do. The thing is to reduce our reliance on it. We juts sold our second car because we thought how ridiculous it was for us (two people) to have two cars. Not just the money it cost us but the effects on the environment. Now we have a few thousand for my partner to take a long overseas trip. Goes round I guess. Thanks for your insight and inspiration.

Life shouldn’t be complex who needs industries when we ca just have simple lives? i’d rather sail the 70% of the world that is all water and live out there rather than toggle with BS societies and conflicts over the little land available!

ideas are nothing without physical work! lets start building. we knew the atom was there long before we split it. we want freedom but we’ve never really lost it, just 4gotten how to use it properly.

we could rant on and on together about how right we both are about the problems with money. or we can show ppl their options for a simpler life.
